- Vitamin E - aids in soothing and calming and provides healing properties for the skin. Vitamin E also helps to keep moisture levels in the skin due to its water binding properties.

Does Hydrate Body Oil have a fragrance or smell?
Hydrate Body Oil is unscented and does not contain any fragrance, however, it has a naturally fresh smell profile which is a direct result of the cold pressed blend of macadamia, elderberry and sea buckthorn. This natural smell is a result of the purity and careful selection of the ingredients in proportioned percentages that make this unique oil which has exceptional skin benefits, and is aligned to our Biologi ethos.
Is Hydrate Body Oil a wet or dry oil?
Technically, both dry and wet oils are, wet, however, dry oils may be described as super light textured and not thick or ‘oily’ to the touch after application. Wet oils are generally thicker, may absorb slower, and stay on the skin for longer. Hydrate Body Oil is an intentional blended oil and whilst it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling, there is a lasting glowy finish on the skin to keep it supple, nourished and protected.
Does Hydrate Body Oil feel sticky on the skin?
It was important for us to deliver a body oil that didn’t leave a sticky or tacky residue on the skin. The oil is lighter in texture and absorbs well into the skin to leave a ‘glow’ residue without tackiness or any sticky feeling.
How often should I use Hydrate Body Oil?
As often as needed. You can apply to all areas of the body or in specific areas where you need more nourishment or hydration.
Can Hydrate Body Oil be used during pregnancy?
Yes, although we always recommend checking with your medical practitioner before using any new skincare whilst pregnant or breast feeding.
Can I use the Hydrate Body Oil on babies or children?
Your baby’s skin is thinner and more delicate, and, as a general rule, we don’t recommend Biologi on babies. However, as Hydrate Body Oil is a blended oil, it may be potentially used on babies over 6 months. We always recommend seeking advice from your medical practitioner before considering the use on babies and always patch test before use. Caution: contains macadamia oil (nut allergy/sensitivities).
Can I use Hydrate Body Oil if I have nut allergy?
We do not recommend using if you have a nut allergy and recommend seeking medical advice.
How long will Hydrate Body Oil last?
Hydrate Body Oil has an expiry date on the packaging. Once opened we recommend using within 6 months. Depending on how often you use, the areas you use Hydrate Body Oil and how liberal you are with it will depend on how long the 100ml will last you. We estimate using once a day, Hydrate will last between approximately 1-2 months.
Can I use Hydrate Body Oil with the Br Restore Face & Body Serum?
Hydrate Body Oil should provide enough hydration and nourishment on its own. However for added skin benefits, yes, you can. We recommend applying the Bf Restore Face & Body Serum first, let absorb and then apply Hydrate Body Oil.
I have keratosis pilaris, will this body oil help?
As Hydrate Body Oil contains a myriad of fatty acids and vitamins which are beneficial for the skin, it is suitable for use on Keratosis Pilaris in helping to reduce the associated redness and in supporting a healthy skin barrier.
I have psoriasis, can I use Hydrate Body Oil?
Yes, due to the skin loving fatty acids and vitamins, it is suitable to use on skin that suffers from psoriasis. However, if you are unsure, please ask your medical practitioner.
