Shipping Policy

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS. PLEASE EXPECT SOME DELIVERY DELAYS.

AUS only: To ensure your order arrives before Dec 25th please place your order by Dec 18th. You must select the Express Shipping method at checkout. Once orders are dispatched delivery time and responsibility is held by the third party couriers. We can no longer guarantee delivery by Dec 25th for International orders.

Upon placement of your order, we will send an order confirmation. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been shipped that includes the tracking information.

Most international orders over $300 (AUD) qualify for FREE shipping.  Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $300 (AUD), free shipping does not apply.

International location shipping prices will vary and are automatically calculated based on weight.

Domestic (Australian) orders are fulfilled through Australia Post using Standard/ Express Post with an estimated shipment time to each state listed below. 

NSW Express: 1-2 Business days
NSW Standard: 2-4 Business days

 

ACT Express: 1-2 Business days
ACT Standard: 2-4 Business days

 

NT Express: 3-5 Business days
NT Standard: 7-13 Business days

 

QLD Express: 2-3 Business days
QLD Standard: 3- 5 Business days

 

SA Express: 2-3 Business days
SA Standard: 4-7 Business days

 

TAS Express: 2-3 Business days
TAS Standard: 4-6 Business days

 

VIC Express: 2-3 Business days
VIC Standard: 3-5 Business days

 

WA Express: 3-4 Business days
WA: Standard: 7-11 Business days

 

Orders purchased on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

 

International orders are fulfilled through, DHL eCommerce and Startrack with an estimated shipping time below for different countries. 

NZ: 4-7 days depending on customs clearance
USA: 7- 10 days depending on customs clearance
UK: 7- 10 days depending on customs clearance
INTERNATIONAL (all other countries): 7- 10 days depending on customs clearance

 

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Biologi or Australia Post/DHL/Startrack. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Biologi is not responsible for an order once Australia Post/DHL/Startrack has marked it as “Delivered”. To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia. Orders that are purchased on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges are based upon the value of your order, the weight of your order and the destination of your order. Once you have your order completed in your shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available to you and how much they cost. Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Biologi is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.

Unfortunately due to customs restrictions Biologi is currently unable to ship orders to Spain.

CANCELLATIONS
You may email enquiries@biologi.com.au within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error such as an incorrect product we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please email enquires@biologi.com.au with your date of product delivery, order number, and product.

If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund minus shipping cost once approval is granted.

We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders.
Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.

PROMOTIONS
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time range.standardeither
