Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves on offering a personalised and in-depth skin consultation prior to purchase. If you are unsure of which products/regimen may be right for you, we recommend emailing our professional customer experience team prior to purchase at enquires@biologi.com.au or alternatively, we offer an online chat service.

Biologi is a revolutionary formula and is very unique to other skin care products on the market. We pride ourselves on providing you with an outstanding customer experience and understand that sometimes you may need to contact us.

Skin Purge:  Our unique serums contain active ingredients and if after commencing Biologi your skin experiences a detox or skin purge, here is what to do:

1. Email a photo of your skin and send it to our Customer Experience Team at enquiries@biologi.staging-sites.com.au with information on your current skincare regimen.

2. One of our professional Customer Experience Team members will contact you to discuss your skin in more depth.

Skin Reaction:  In the unlikely event that you have an allergic reaction to Biologi, here is what to do:

1. We request that you discontinue use of the product immediately.

2. Please email a photo of the skin reaction to our Customer Experience Team at enquires@biologi.staging-sites.com.au.

3. One of our professional Customer Experience Team members will contact you to assist further.

Incorrect/ Faulty Products:  Biologi will accept returns if you have been sent an incorrect or faulty product. 

Here is what to do:

1.Please provide proof of purchase (order receipt).

2.Email a photo of the goods to enquiries@biologi.staging-sites.com.au

3.One of our Customer Experience Team members will contact you.

Damaged in transit:  If your products have been damaged in transit, here is what to do:

1. Please provide proof of purchase (order receipt).

2. Please email a photo of the goods to enquiries@biologi.staging-sites.com.au within 7 days of the shipment.

3. One of Customer Experience Team members will contact you.

Lost Packages:  Biologi is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products, if you wish to make an enquiry regarding tracking of a parcel that has not arrived then you must do so within 21 days of placing your order. 

Biologi may reserve the right to deny a refund on product that has been used, due to hygiene standards and the purity and potency of ingredients used. If a refund is approved the cost of products to be shipped back to Biologi is covered by the consumer and will not be covered by Biologi. 

Returning an item may invalidate the promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts.
